Q: If I changed my mind after placing my order, what can I do?

A: Please email us at the earliest possible time, our customer service will assist you with your request if the order has not been shipped, this request however might be subjected to a cost.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?

A: Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping services.

Q: How may I contact customer service?

Q: What payment options do you accept?

A: We accept paypal and paynow. All payments will be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD)

 

Delivery

Q: What if my delivery does not arrive?

A: If your delivery does not arrive after the maximum estimated time for the estimated delivery duration, please contact the related courier service for assistance.

Q: How do I track my order

A: An email with a shipment tracking link will be sent to you as soon as your order is being dispatched from our warehouse.

Q: How much will the delivery cost if I'm buying from overseas?

A: Please refer to Section 3 of our delivery policy.

Q: What do you mean by standard packaging?

A: Our standard packaging includes your product/s being packaged with a standard shipping bag that is lined with bubble wrap and this is then further wrapped with an additional layer of plastic to ensure the package is waterproof.

Q: If I request for a refund do I get 100% of my money back?

A: If you request for a refund and it is successful, we will return you the amount you paid less a service fee of 5% or SGD $2.00, whichever amount is higher.

Q: What do I need to produce to make a refund?

A: Kindly refer to section 10 in the Umbrella Terms and conditions.

Q: What if the product is damaged on arrival?
